Special Purpose CNC Lathes from Earlsdon Technology Ltd
Earlsdon Technology Ltd are continuing to develop their expertise in customized CNC Lathes for high-volume component manufacturers requiring fast, reliable, automated machines.

Five 5-axis CNC machines have recently been supplied to a large automotive manufacturer for two plants in the UK and Asia. The machines are linked into the customers automated lines running with a Takt time less than 6 seconds. One Earlsdon machine replaces two existing machines.

The machine incorporates many special features including in-process measurement with automatic compensation for variation of the incoming components.
